ease of access to parks and city attractions

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to the City of Wine, just about 2.5 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and nearby Jardin Public offered a serene park setting to unwind after a day of walking.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and most helpful.

During my stay, I faced multiple challenges with cleanliness. The coffee and tea supplies were not replenished following the room cleaning, which was quite disappointing. the pool area felt neglected, making it hard to relax due to a loud drainage system that detracted from the atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. I appreciated how the rooftop swimming pool provided a nice escape after a day of exploring, just the relief we needed.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but the amenities were acceptable.

I had such a delightful stay! The hotel is located just a stone's throw from the beautiful lake, which makes for a lovely morning stroll. The nearby beach is perfect for relaxing, and the proximity to the nearest tram stop made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room came with a convenient kitchenette, making it easy to prepare small meals.

We stayed with family members and found the hotel conveniently located within a short drive to great attractions. The nearby aquatic center kept the kids entertained, and the transport links made exploring Bordeaux easy. The rooms were spacious and well-designed for a family stay.

For dads, it would be great if the onsite restaurant opened on weekends.

The Standard Studio was surprisingly well laid out—compact but had a full kitchenette with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, perfect for resting after a long day. Plus, the shower had great pressure! Just wish the view was better. the road outside wasn't ideal for morning walks with my dog. the area felt a bit sketchy with tents nearby, which was a letdown.

Families will love it!

The space was cleverly designed. We had this kitchenette with a fridge, and a table that folds down, which was super useful for meals together. It felt like home! Plus, the heated towel rail was a lifesaver for drying clothes on a long trip.

It wasn’t cheap, but I mean, you get what you pay for.

Had a great time with friends! Perfectly located near Caliceo Aquatic Center and Aushopping Bordeaux Lac, we loved the clean rooms and helpful staff. Quick tram access made exploring easy. a fantastic spot for our group vacation.

The pool was disappointingly small, with limited sunbeds. Don't expect a big pool experience here.
